The charismatic Irish chef Clair Nash, owner of the restaurant Nash 19 at Cork, enchanted us with her 4 course menu in the *** delicatessa on the Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich.

 

I was offered this evening in a special atmosphere on Tuesday. In the basement of the flagship store GLOBUS an occasion of a special kind took place where we feasted on fruits, vegetables, and the finest meat and fish. Foodie friends met in the evening to get to know better the Irish mentality. Everything from Chips Keogh`s of smoked fish, whiskey The Teeling Whiskey Company to cider Longueville House from Ireland, was personally presented by the producer.
 The musical background enhanced the colorfully assembled group of new friends, which soon became like long-time friends as we talked, discussed and languidly enjoyed ourselves until late in the evening. The Irish dancers further lightened the mood and delighted the guests with spectacular dance moves. When even Clair swung to the dance floor, the last of the visitors were certainly enchanted not only by her cullinary skills, but also by here personal charm.
